Payment Questions

For every project, I require 40% upfront to begin. A second 40% payment is due 1–2 weeks after the initial payment, depending on the project’s timeline and progress. The final 20% is due upon project completion and approval before the site is handed over. This ensures a fair, milestone-based process for both parties.

I accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major online payment gateways depending on your location. Payment details are always shared in your invoice for transparency.

For large-scale or long-term projects, yes—flexible payment arrangements can be discussed. However, the 40/40/20 structure remains the foundation of every project agreement.

Once a project has started and initial design work is underway, payments are non-refundable. This is because significant time, design effort, and setup work are invested immediately after the project begins.

Small tweaks are included after project completion, but major changes or new features will be billed separately. I also offer ongoing maintenance and retainer packages for clients who want continuous support.
